I have always been a coach. I have been coaching people in matters of their personal health and growth for decades. There is no better feeling than to I love see people thrive, have a-ha moments consistently and truly be happy in their lives.

It wasn't until I asked for help that my life cracked me wide open.
My Story
All the things I have experienced allowed me to be able to show up for you fully in my authenticity.
I have overcome many obstacles, just like you.
As a super sensitive child, I learned early how to be independent when it came to just about everything. I was often misunderstood and told I was too serious, too sensitive and just too much.
Organized religion never resonated with me and it led me down a path of body shame, unworthiness and ultimately alcohol addiction that spanned 30years. I am currently 18years sober and talk openly and freely about the lessons I have learned.
The death and dying process of my beloved mamma started my beautiful deep dive journey into how our thoughts create our reality.
My 9 1/2 year marriage that ended in divorce, also ended my thriving Massage Therapy practice and I was left with the pieces of a life I had no idea what to do with.
Then I invested in myself. I started working with a mentor and my whole life blew up right before my eyes.
Today, I am so incredibly humbled AND excited about what I get to be on the planet. I am over the moon about empowering & honoring all women to embrace their spiritual gifts, develop their self-compassion and lead their own lives with true joy, ease & peace.
